Perhaps you've always been praised for your politeness and obedience, but now you're realizing that these qualities have come at a cost. You may feel like you've sacrificed your own desires and needs to please others.

Therapy for the
Invisible Woman
Understanding attachment styles is essential for women, particularly for those who grew up in environments with emotionally immature parents or as "glass children." Glass children often feel invisible, as they take on the role of caretaker or emotional support for their parents instead of receiving it themselves. This experience can lead to anxious or avoidant attachment styles, making it difficult to form healthy relationships later in life. In therapy, we create a safe space to explore how these early experiences shaped your emotional responses and behaviors. By recognizing these patterns, you can break free from them and learn to build stronger, more fulfilling connections. Together, we’ll work on fostering greater self-awareness and developing the tools you need to thrive in all areas of your life.
